My meditation best practice for beginners.

you have to find what works for you but I hope this helps. ย 

When meditating:ย 

I sit upright

Focus and gaze on an object with a clear mind for 3-5mins

Then I close my eyes and release my mind of tension & negative thoughts

I get into a space of blankness, peace ☮️ & bliss for 5mins or moreย 

Then positive thoughts 💭 and answers to questions starts flowing freely. ย 

PS: do not force anything. Just commit to staying still and focused for 15mins daily X 14 days before you start seeing result. ย 

Iโ€™m still learning but I hope this helps someone out there.
