2.2 Sponsored Community Posts
Padichat may accept payment from brands, businesses, or organisations to publish sponsored content in the community feed, newsletter, or other platform sections.
All sponsored posts will be:

- Distinct in appearance from organic community content
- Subject to our content standards and Community Guidelines

2.3 Business Listings
Paid business listings on Padichat are promotional by nature. All business listings are clearly identified as business listings and are distinct from editorial community content.
2.4 Event Sponsorships
Padichat events may be sponsored by brands or organisations. Sponsorship of events will be disclosed in the event listing, on event communications, and during the event itself.
2.5 Affiliate Links
Padichat may from time to time publish content containing affiliate links — links through which we may earn a commission if you make a purchase. All affiliate links will be disclosed with the label “Affiliate Link” or “Ad” adjacent to the link.
We do not accept advertising that:
- Is false, misleading, or deceptive
- Promotes illegal products or services
- Targets children under 16 with age-inappropriate content
- Promotes hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
- Promotes gambling, without appropriate licensing and age verification
- Promotes adult content or sexually explicit material
- Makes unsubstantiated health claims
- Promotes tobacco, e-cigarettes, or vaping products
- Promotes predatory financial products or services
- Promotes multilevel marketing or pyramid schemes
- Conflicts with our Community Guidelines or Terms of Use
- Would bring Padichat into disrepute
We reserve the right to reject any advertising at our sole discretion.
Advertising relationships do not influence our editorial or community content. We maintain strict separation between:
- Paid advertising and community discussions
- Sponsored content and editorial opinions
- Business listings and community reviews
Advertisers and sponsors do not have any influence over our Community Guidelines, moderation decisions, or editorial content.

- ASA CAP Code (UK) — all advertising is clearly identifiable
